Home care service
Palliative Care
Comfort, dignity and peace, close to home.

What it is
Palliative care is about comfort and dignity when someone is living with a serious or life-limiting illness. Our role is to ease the day — managing comfort, supporting the family, and creating calm — so that time can be spent on what matters most. We work closely with district nurses, GPs and hospice teams around the person's wishes.
