Pamikyx Ltd is a CQC-registered home care provider, helping people live well and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes across London and the South-East. We are warm, professional and fiercely person-centred — and we are growing.

We are now looking for an exceptional Registered Manager — not simply as an employee, but as a true partner. This is an invitation to collaborate, to build something meaningful together, and to move Pamikyx forward as one team.

Our vision — to be London's most trusted name in home care: the provider families recommend without hesitation, and the place carers are proud to call home.

Our mission — to deliver outstanding, dignified, person-centred care every single day; to invest in, train and uplift our care team; and to grow a sustainable, CQC-strong service that always puts people before profit.

As our Registered Manager you will hold the quality and compliance of the service, lead and mentor the team, drive our CQC journey, and work hand-in-hand with the director to shape strategy and growth. You will have the autonomy of a leader with the full backing of a business that shares your standards.

Remuneration is by direct negotiation and agreement. We are looking for the right partner, and we will build a package together that reflects your experience and the value you bring.

If you are a values-led leader who wants ownership, genuine partnership, and the chance to make a real difference, we would love to talk.

What we're looking for

  • CQC Registered Manager registration — held now, or eligible and ready to register
  • Strong management background in domiciliary or adult social care
  • Deep knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance
  • A track record of leading, developing and retaining care teams
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS with the Adult Barred List
