The information we collect
- Contact details you provide — name, email, phone, postcode/area.
- Enquiry details — information about the care needed, which may include special-category health data (for example a condition such as dementia or Parkinson's).
- Careers data — for job applicants: role, experience, right-to-work confirmation and CV.
- Website usage — privacy-friendly analytics, only after you accept in the cookie banner.
- AI assistant conversations — messages you send to our on-site assistant, and any name/contact you choose to share so we can follow up.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide care — on the basis of taking steps at your request and our legitimate interests. For health data, we rely on the provision of health or social care (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h)) and/or your explicit consent.
- To consider job applications — on the basis of taking steps prior to entering an employment relationship.
- To improve our website — on the basis of your consent to analytics.
- To send you information you asked for (e.g. newsletter) — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your data. We may share it with carefully chosen service providers who help us operate (for example email, hosting and, where configured, our AI assistant and messaging providers), and with health and social care professionals involved in your care, where appropriate. We may share data where required by law.
The AI assistant & WhatsApp hand-off
Our website offers an AI assistant. If you ask to speak to a person, a summary of the conversation together with any name and contact you have shared may be sent to a member of our care team (including via WhatsApp or email) so that we can follow up. Please do not share more sensitive information than you are comfortable with in the chat.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and care-related data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a care provider, then delete or anonymise it securely.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact us at info@pamikyxltd.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
