What we do

• The site works with a keyboard alone, including the menu, forms, the AI assistant and the Care Needs Finder.
• We use clear, high-contrast colours and larger, readable text sizes suited to older readers.
• Images have descriptive alternative text, and forms have clear labels and error messages.
• We respect your system “reduced motion” setting and switch off large animations accordingly.
• We use semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and a “skip to content” link.

Accessibility is never finished. We continue to test and improve the site, and we particularly welcome feedback from people who use assistive technology.
